How this works...

Invest In Property 4 Less are fully independent and act on behalf of the client at all times, providing full information so that they can make informed decisions and then holding their hand through the whole purchase process.

We start by establishing our client’s requirements by filling in a “Fact Find” questionnaire which has been refined over many years, to help us identify exactly what our clients are looking for in their overseas property. This could be a holiday or retirement home but as often as not it is likely to be an investment purchase that they are looking for.

We then search the whole market place using our extensive network of contacts across the world to find the best possible match to their requirements. It is then time to contact our client again and present to them our recommendations. At this stage the only decision the client needs to make is if they want us to book a flight for them to view a property or not.

If the client decides to buy, we then hold their hand through the complete process ensuring all legalities are completed correctly with reputable qualified lawyers and helping with any finance needs they may have. We will also introduce them to letting agents and maintenance companies if that is required.
